  • “How and when can I reach Valeo Royal to make any changes to my reservation?

  • "How far in advance should I book my balloon decorations?"
    The sooner the better. Our schedule gets busy pretty quick. Your event date is not booked until we receive a %50 retainer fee.
  • What happens to the balloons at the end of the event?
    Most likely this will already be asked at the time of booking.There are three options: You get to keep your balloons We donate the balloons to a charity that has a special place in your heart We leave with the balloons or pop them depending on their conditions.
  • What kinds of balloons are you guys using for the set ups?
    Latex Balloons
  • “Can I provide my own Latex balloons to lower the cost?”
    Answer is No. We do not accept any balloons from our clients and that is to ensure the consistency of the quality of our services.
  • Can I buy my own Amazon balloons and ask Valeo Royal to do the set ups?
    The answer is No. We do not work with Amazon balloons for the simplest reason that they do not offer the quality that reflects our image and standards as a brand. Plus, the balloons don’t last longer than the Latex one. In other words, there’s no guarantee that they will last the whole event.
  • Why is my consent required for the Marketing list?
    We definitely do not want to spam you. You have the right to accept for us to communicate with you by email or not. Even though our mails provide significant insights about the Balloons/Event industry, we have this commitment as a brand to respect your space.
  • Can I come up with my own design and ask you guys to do it?
    Yes definitely. We want you to use your creative mind and at the end of the day it’s your event, you’re the one being seen. So you definitely want something that will make you happy. Note that we may not be able to accommodate all designs. If applicable, a similar design to what has been shown will be given.
  • Can you customize the design to match my theme or brand colors?
    Yes. In the mockup process we ask you the three to four colours that you want to work with. Keep in mind that colours can’t be changed in less than 3 weeks prior to the event. Any change of colours requests within those three weeks will be subject to additional fees.
  • What kind of events do you guys do?
    Valeo Royal specialize in balloon set ups services. We also offer a limited set of rental equipment. We decorate for corporate events, baby showers, bridal showers, weddings entrance decorations, backyard parties/bbqs, community events, church events…
  • Are there any hidden fees or travel charges I should be aware of?
    A $5 late fee per day will apply if rented items are not returned at the expected date. Additional fees will be charged if decorations set up and balloons are changed within three weeks prior to your event.
  • What happens if I break or damage a backdrop during the event?
    An additional fee will be applied to repair or replace equipment. Once we leave the site, you are not allowed to touch the set up. If everything gets damage because you didn’t respect that first rule, we will not come back on site to fix it. A client decor satisfaction form will be signed when we arrive on site. That form confirms that everything was given to you in good shape and that you consent not to touch the set up.
